This is mainly close combat, but if needed she'll make the person have contact with it and send a shock through the string, scissors, then zap the person.
Downside: She can miss, and when it's out of her hands she won't bother picking it up unless it's needed.
If you're skilled enough to knock it out of her hands she'll battle you without a weapon.

Cold/Emotionless- When she's first looked at she may seem to look like a doll, no expression and simple words when spoken too, only when you continue to talk to will you notice she actually has emotions.
Observant- She tends to watch people more then actually talking to them, but if you engage in conversation she'll talk.
Serious- Due to the uptight past she had she tends to be serious and pretty much never laugh, if you do make her laugh then that's something to be proud of.
Straight Foward- She won't sugar code anything, if you ask for her opinion she'll give it straight forwardly.
Formal- Uptight upbringing brought her to be seriously formal, she'll call you by your last name for the longest time, even if you say to call you by your first name. But if you tell her to call you by your first name long enough and she considers you a friend, she'll finally call you by your first name.

History:
Sense she was young she grew up in a computer company building/mansion with her family, which contains a angel older brother, a angel mom, and a demon dad.
The family all had names that were depressing, it was a family tradition.
She always would attend meeting and such with her father or mother, reason being she'd read their minds to find out secrets, weaknesses, ect.
When not in meetings she was locked up in a room playing with dolls, drawing, singing, and or playing piano.

She always had a trouble controlling her powers, she'd always read minds and often shock lightning pretty much everywhere.
The only person who would go near her was her brother, he was also pretty much the only one who dared to touch her.
Her father was having a affair with some other mistress and her mother became a drunk to forget/nub herself about that situation.
Because of that situation her brother became stressed and began taking some 'stuff' to get high and relieve himself from it all.

One day while her brother was high he did something that he'd never do without the influence of what he took, beating her then touching her.
From that day she stayed far away from her brother, in which he stopped taking the stuff and tried to gain her trust again, it didn't work.

Her powers got worse, she was sent to school, she was glad to get away from everyone and maybe try living a more peaceful life at this school.
